Privacy Policy

OCON Spatial analyses your movement entirely on your device. Your camera feed, video recordings and pose data never leave your iPhone or iPad. We do not operate a server that receives your workout content, we have no database of users, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

This policy explains how the OCON Spatial iOS app handles information. It applies to the app only. If you have questions, contact us at the address at the bottom of this page.

OCON Spatial uses your camera to analyse exercise form in real time.

• All camera processing happens on your device, using Apple's on-device vision frameworks. Frames are never uploaded.
• The app derives anonymous joint positions (a skeleton) from each frame. It does not perform facial recognition and does not attempt to identify people.
• Set recordings and Hall of Fame highlight clips are written only to the app's private storage area on your device, along with a small file describing the skeleton positions so the app can replay them.
• We have no ability to access, view or retrieve these recordings. They are not backed up to any server we control.
• You can delete any recording inside the app, and deleting the app removes all of it permanently.

Your exercise history, rep counts, form scores, balance findings and progression data are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us.

OCON Spatial uses Sign in with Apple as its only sign-in method. We never see or store a password. If you choose to hide your email address, Apple provides a private relay address instead, and that choice is entirely yours. Apple's handling of that process is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never receive your payment card details — Apple handles all payment processing.

To manage subscription entitlements we use RevenueCat, a subscription infrastructure provider. When you purchase, restore or renew a subscription, RevenueCat receives:

• an anonymous identifier generated for your installation of the app;
• the App Store transaction and receipt information for your purchase;
• basic technical details such as device model, operating system version and app version.

This is used solely to determine whether your subscription is active. It is not used for advertising. RevenueCat's own privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

• We do not use third-party analytics or crash-tracking services.
• We do not use advertising networks and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
• We do not upload your video, images or pose data anywhere.

OCON Spatial is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Because your workout content stays on your device, you remain in direct control of it:

• Revoke camera access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
• Delete individual recordings and clips inside the app.
• Delete the app to erase all locally stored OCON Spatial data.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

If you are in a region with data protection rights such as the UK, EU or California, you may contact us to ask what information relates to you and request its deletion. Because we do not hold a database of user content, in most cases the only records associated with you are the subscription records described above.

OCON Spatial provides general fitness and movement feedback. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always seek qualified advice before starting or changing an exercise programme.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
